Advertising agencies across the country are reaching out aggressively to recruit more young, creative, talented employees.
The American Association of Advertising Agencies, known as the 4 A’s, just announced a new recruiting effort at its annual conference this week. Part of the recruiting effort is a new web site, called Open Advertising, to demonstrate with short videos all the many creative things that can be done in an advertising career.

Of course, most of the Advertising and Public Relations majors in the GVSU School of Communications already are aware of the creative potential in the field. That’s why they chose the major.
