The School of Communications at Grand Valley State University (GVSU) was formed in 1983. It is located in Lake Superior Hall on GVSU’s Allendale campus.
Through the integration of liberal and professional education, the School of Communications educates students in the essential communication skills to be critical, self-reflective communication professionals, artists, and citizens.
The School of Communications has four majors and one graduate degree program:
- Advertising and Public Relations
- Communications Studies
- Health Communications
- Multimedia Journalism
- Master of Science in Communications
